Dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst, referred to as DBTDL-T12, is a high-boiling multi-purpose organotin catalyst that has undergone special liquefaction treatment. It is a light yellow or colorless oily liquid at room temperature and turns into a white crystal at low temperature.

Soluble in most common solvents such as benzene, toluene, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, ethanol, petroleum ether, and various industrial plasticizers, insoluble in water, and a variety of chemical reactions as an important part of the catalytic system. It is not only used as a high-efficiency catalyst in the manufacture of wood paint, PU coating, metal ink, adhesives and sealants, but also as a catalyst for silicone rubber, cross-linking reaction of acrylate rubber and carboxyl rubber and synthesis of polyurethane foam It can be used as a catalyst for high-efficiency lubricity and stability in PVC plastic products.

Good catalytic effect can be obtained when the dosage is 0.01-2%, and the usable temperature range is 80-240℃.

★Stabilizer and lubricant for PVC products PVC soft transparent products or semi-soft products, when used together with metal soaps or epoxy compounds such as barium stearate and cadmium stearate, have good lubricity, transparency, weather resistance, Compatibility with plasticizers, no blooming, no vulcanization pollution, no adverse effects on heat sealability and printability. Such as: soft film, film, plastic shoes, hose and PVC conveyor belt, etc. In particular, it can be used as a catalyst for polyurethane foam products. In rigid PVC products, this product can be used in combination with organotin maleate or organotin mercaptan to improve the fluidity of resin materials. 

★Used as catalyst and foaming activator in polyurethane foam, PVC foam and silicone rubber synthetic materials.
