Scope of application
HydraPad® WE 3322 is a 100% active non-ionic surfactant for waterborne coating systems targeting metal, wood and plastic substrates. This product can be effectively used in coatings and inks in a variety of emulsion systems, including polyurethane dispersions, acrylics and styrenated acrylics. HydraPact® WE 3322 does not stabilize foam and can be added as a defoamer in formulations for excellent wetting properties. When added at the recommended level, HydraPATE® WE 3322 will not affect the corrosion resistance of the coating or affect the recoatability of the coating. This product is silicone-free, APE-free and solvent-free.
Recommended dosage
0.25~0.75% of the total formula
HydraPad® WE 3322 should be added at any stage of production. Added during the grinding stage to aid in pigment wetting.
